Do you charge per user?

No. Pricing is per module, not per seat. Invite your team once any module is active.

What happens to my drafts if I do not pay?

They stay. You can keep creating and editing drafts, clients and items, and download them as branded PDFs, for free. You pay only when you issue, send, share, verify or remove LuckPanda branding.

Is downloading a PDF free?

Yes, with or without an account. Free PDFs carry a small "Made with LuckPanda" footer with a verification code, a QR code and a faint LuckPanda watermark, and each page is an image. The module that owns the document (Sales for invoices, quotes and receipts) gives clean PDFs with selectable text and nothing but your own business on the page.

Which currencies do you charge in?

Indian rupees (INR) today. Other currencies are open and not decided yet. Documents you make can be in any currency; that is separate from what we charge.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

How does the full suite price work?

The suite includes all 9 modules at 30% off the list price: 9 x 249 x 0.70 = ₹1,569 a month.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for a year at once and take 25% off. The suite discount and the annual discount both apply, one after the other.

Can an AI agent use the paid features?

Agents can draft and prepare work through the API and MCP. Issuing, sending and paying stay with a person, and the plan must cover the module.
